How do we quote and work?
We start with a visit. We measure, look at plumbing and electrical, and ask how you use the room. Then you get a written quote with the scope, the allowances for items still to be chosen, and a schedule. We explain what each decision does to the budget so there are fewer surprises.
During the job, we tell you what happens next and flag any issue that shows up behind a wall. We pull permits when the project requires them, and we ask about HOA or condo rules at the start. As a homeowner, you should always ask any contractor to show a Florida license and proof of insurance, and we encourage you to check them with the state.
